Adam Levine, the latest legal battle over Activision quibbles about in-game avatar activity in 2009, playing music.

 

The long list of music artists to Activision's Guitar Hero Games Sue has this week with Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine said Activision's image to be exhausted in 2009 's Guitar Hero. Levine isn't too pleased with Activision.

According to the report, Levine is looking "unspecified damages."

Levine was game for the motion capture and appeared in her singing Maroon 5 \ 's hit "She Will Be Loved." So far he has been agreed. However, Levine said he was not informed that his avatar could be used in play, to sing for other bands 'songs.
